Ordering & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

MODUS SINGAPORE will not ship out your orders immediately on the same day they are placed. Orders will be processed for shipment on the following business day once payment is received. Once you placed and paid for your order, your ordered merchandise will be delivered to your designated delivery address in 3 days (including Weekends & Public Holidays) after the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I track the delivery status of my order?

Once the tracking number is emailed to you, you can start tracking your parcel!!! This tracking service can be viewed via this LINK (EASYSHIP or Qxpress).

What to do if my items are damaged or missing from the package?

If you have any issues with your order (damaged items, missing items, or wrong items), we will provide you with a replacement within 30 days of your order date.

Warranty & Exchange

What's your warranty policy?

Modus Singapore warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and major workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Please retain your invoice as a proof of purchase as the product serial number will be validated for warranty coverage.  Serial number being found inside the sleeves of the outer packaging.

What is the exchange policy and processes?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

Exchange must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may exchange your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • Your product does not match the description mentioned in the website.
  • You received the wrong item in your package.
  • For products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

And the general requirements for exchange are as follows:

  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
  • To inspect the color of the product, the external packaging (sleeves) will display the color that you have purchased. All sealed boxes must not be opened.
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.


Under what conditions is/are the product non-exchangeable:

  • In the interest of hygiene and customer experience, products cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging and seal.
  • Products fulfilled by Apple and not be Modus Singapore.

Shipping & Delivery

A delivery fee will be charged based on the weight of the package.

Limited Local Warranty For Product

THIS LIMITED LOCAL WARRANTY ("this warranty") DOES NOT COVER MINOR IMPERFECTIONS IN PRODUCTS THAT MEET DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS THAT DO NOT MATERIALLY ALTER FUNCTIONALITY. WE MAKE NO SATISFACTION GUARANTEES, PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES, RISK FREE GUARANTEES, ERROR FREE GUARANTEES. ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, USE OR MERCHANT-ABILITY. WHETHER BY STATUE, COMMON LAW OR OTHERWISE ARE EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAWS.

All warranties hereunder are conditioned upon proper use of the Products in the application for which they are intended, and no warranty shall apply to:

  1. any product modification, installation, service or repair made by individual or on behalf of Modus Singapore or any other third parties, other than by Modus Singapore, without the written approval of Modus Singapore ; or
  2. Product damage caused by accident, neglect, or any cause other than ordinary use.

In any event that the Products warranty expires, a diagnosis / administrative service charge of SGD$50 will be imposed.
